The City of Eminence now accepts Visa, Master Card, or Discover Card for payment of water bills and property taxes.  Payment by credit card is subject to a convenience charge of $5.00 for bills of $150 or less. There is a 3% convenience fee on all property tax bills.

There's a NEW and CONVENIENT location to drop off your recyclables!  Directly across the street from City Hall in the municipal/police parking lot you will find TWO recycling containers. That's right, now there are TWO! You'll find the dumpsters there and it is CO-MINGLED so you don't have to worry about separating types of items.
